Dear Joan, Sincere thanks for helping us plan my daughter’s wedding dinner. I can’t say enough good things about the Redwood Steakhouse and Brewery. Bella was very welcoming when I arrived with the decorations and the cake. The room was perfect and the staff did a great job setting up my decorations. The food was excellent and I believe you will have new customers since most of the guests had not visited Redwood in the past. The wait staff was friendly and did a great job. I will definitely visit again and consider planning future events at Redwood.

Dear fabulous Art on Tap committee members,
key volunteers, Beer friends, WHNN friends and FIA staff- Great Job!!!! Thank you all so much for all of the hard work on Art on Tap! The end result was a wonderful event! I have been getting feedback from both attendees and volunteers all echoing the same thing....what a beautifully run event this was. The beer selections were top notch, the food was to die for, every detail was noticed and appreciated by many!
Thanks so much to Brad and Cowboy at Fabiano and O'Sullivan for all of your support and direction. It was great working with you both.
Cowboy and Beth, thanks for trekking to Saginaw on that early morning and for all you did to make VIP a success. Beth-I now have a case of that Longtable in my fridge!
To our local breweries-we loved having you. I hope that the experience was a positive one for you ands that it generates much new traffic for all of you.
Luis and Joan- great job on the food. Really had wonderful feedback all night. People loved it!

Good morning Joan and Chef Luis,
A regional meeting of a national sports organization was held at a local hotel this past Sunday.
I suggested the meeting planner utilize your catering service. I attended the meeting and arrived
early to ensure the catering arrived timely and was set up properly. I needn’t have bothered.
Your delivery staff was efficient and went right to work laying the buffet out in proper servicing format.
The presentation was wonderful and it was nice to see upgraded dinnerware. The food was fabulous and
the guests and the event planner were very pleased. Thank you, again, for yet another outstanding job.
I look forward to using and referring Redwood Steakhouse and Brewery again soon.

My husband & I recently contracted with your facility to cater our daughter’s wedding reception. I wanted you to know what a fabulous job your employees did from the very beginning to the very end. It was nothing less than absolutely wonderful. The entire experience was fabulous. From the very first time we contacted Joan to set up an initial meeting and taste test to the very end of the wedding night, your staff was outstanding.
I cannot say enough about Joan Ruhl and Luis Fernandes. They were so very understanding and helpful throughout the process. They thought of everything – things we would have never even thought about and had fantastic recommendations on food & drinks. They visited our site twice prior to the event to ensure everything was appropriate as we were hosting the reception at an outdoor facility with no running water or electricity. They whole experience was extremely nerve-racking to my husband & I as we thought about it but Joan & Luis made us feel so relieved by their comfort level with being able to handle it all. They were amazing.
The staff they brought the night of the reception was terrific. I cannot tell you how many complements we got from numerous people about how good the food was and how very nice and efficient the wait staff were throughout the evening.
We have & will continue to highly recommend your people / facility. Please relay our appreciation and praise to your employees because they truly deserve it.
